hi there am also a victim of this nybn after paying 3k since 2007 until nw i dont have the album the last communication i have from them was last april they keep on promising to collect the album next month but then since last week i keep on calling but no answer @all until i decided to google and found out and read all these feedbacks i was really shock to know all these how to recover that big amount.

Hi Leojuly, how did u manage to get a partial claim from SCT? For those of us who had signed up for more than a year, does anybody know how we can claim from anywhere? I didn’t even get a single photo printout from them, because they took so little photos that were not even enough to make an album!!! It’s like throwing my money into the sea!!!

Hi, I am also a victim here. Signed up the package in 2008 and only managed to use the package for our wedding. It’s a lifetime package and I still have albums and frames unutilized.

Though it is more than a year but the contract states it is a lifetime service, can’t we claim under Small Tribunal???

Agree that we would gang up and at least find out how we can get back partial if not all our money. What kind of lifetime service is this?
